I believe the system works on entry and exit perimeter cameras, then uses 'traffic monitoring' cameras [speed/box junction/traffic light/congestion/etc] for inner perimeter journeys.

Bit the bullet and the car went on Wednesday and so it’s all irrelevant now from my point of view. Hoping our beloved Freelander will find a good home with someone that’ll appreciate her/it/they (unsure of correct gender terminology nowadays)
Ironically there’s now going to be a High Court review into what Khans up to, though I don’t see it’ll make any difference long-term, the proposed August expansion might just be delayed.
