Hi, used to have series ladies many years ago, thought I'd grown out of them having not had one for 20years, then son bought a 110 CSW TD5 which re ignited the passion but I now feel the bumps and hear the rattles so thought I'd buy something more comfortable so now the proud owner of a black SD4GS auto, first week and with blind faith we've thrown all the holiday stuff in it and driven it 200 miles to Devon.....why didn't I buy one sooner!!!!

Hello everyone, greetings to everyone from southern Italy.

Hello everyone I'm Andy and I have just purchased a 2009 auto Freelander 2.
I plan on keeping the car for a considerable amount of time as my son is moving to Scotland with work and I wanted to be able to continue visiting him whatever the weather.
I was recommended by a friend who said his fl2 was the best car he had ever driving and I can confirm this after my 5 hour journey home last night after picking the car up.
It has a few niggles that I am sure I will need some help and advice with and hopefully you will all support me on my future owner experiences and potential problems.

Hello all, I have just bought a 2011 FL2, I thought it would be a good idea to join up and say hello.

Greetings All,
2011 Freelander 2 2.2 SD4 Auto, had from new, most reliable Land Rover we have owned to date.
Still have an off-road 2001 D2 TD5 Auto; its ok now I've completed most of the fixes.
Currently running a 2017 D5 3.0 HSE; all is good but very apprehensive about engine \ crank failures.

Newbie here soon to have a 2009 F2 instead of having had Volvo's for over thirty years. Looking forward to stepping up and in instead of down and banging head.

Hi all,

Just bought a 2008 Freelander 2. To replace a recently badly behaved 2010 Renault Grand Scenic.

Got to possiblyreplace a noisy rear diff (if 2 new tyres are fitted on the back don't fix the noise)

We are down in SW France.
