I can't believe what I see in those photo's Shocked I'm sure it is only cosmetic but it is what's on show for 100% of the time. The guy that did that should not be employed as he has no care in his own workmanship at all, I'd hate to see his results if he were sealing his bathroom.

That is so so wrong Censored

Got back to the office and forwarded the photos to them, spoke to the service manager, but he wants to speak to the after sales manager who dealt with it

Waiting on them calling back now Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I agree, I know your contract is with the people you bought it off but they are also supposed to be a certified repairer endorsed by Swift.
It's not up to scratch (no pun intended Embarassed ) and they need to know, which may result in the repair at the factory.

its not Ebor now, its the parent company BTW

I can see the points in letting Swift know and i will ponder on that, but i can see them saying this is between me and the repairer

I have just had a lengthy conversation with them and they have offered a couple of options

I'll ponder on them too now

What would others do? look towards a repair, or look towards free service/money off

Will the depth of these effect the gelcoat or anything in years to come?

PS CG Yes I still laugh at the thought of a a towbar smashing your car up Whistle

If they hadn't messed up the repair, that could have been a different story, as i would more than likely been claiming for stolen items as 38 caravans were broken in too, the night after i was going to bring it home by some pikeys camping out next the the CASSOA storage place at the weekend Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

twasnt the towbar it was the sheer power of the RRS that destroyed the bumper, (also my wifes pure obstinace, she was going to park in that drive way no matter how many people parked there first Rolling Eyes ) At work
