It is the auto gearbox cooler that is the problem. Gasman has a manual. I commented on this on another thread.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I meant the glow plugs. There are 5 volt and 11 volt ones. I had originally fitted the 5 volt ones not realising that 2 types were available.

Have you checked that you fitted the correct ones. When I did mine I hadn't realised that there were 2 types and although 50/50 chance I had fitted the wrong ones which burnt out straight away.
