Tried mine yesterday and it did not work, I pulled my down and pushed the connector in fully and by magic it now works, god knows how it would come loose?

Just tried this and couldn't get the alarm to trigger until after unplugging the green connection and reconnecting. How strange!

I too had an alarm that wouldn't sound, and thanks to this thread it now works as expected |

It didn't work, pulled it off , unclipped & reclipped green plug , it works now ! ... |

I went out and checked my alarm sensor and mine wasn't working too unplugged green socket now the sensor works. |

Yes, the alarm only sets on double locking, this is so you can lock a dog or similar in the vehicle, if it set the alarm the dog moves the alarm would activate.
