haldex noise

Haldex noise.
I have removed the fuse from the boot area. The graunchy noise goes away.
Am I best to remove the fuse if I want to continue using, until I get a chance to sort it ?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Jules. Thats my thinking, because it is quite noisy. I believe that will just put me in @ wheel drive. As its the summer ! Hopefully, I won't need 4wd until the winter comes.
Bell, did my diff, but they are quite a distance away. I had a quick look on eBay and found a new haled. Item number eBay Item No. 154716385789. I wonder if that would be a bolt off, bolt on job ?

I am not sure that just removing the fuse is a good long term fix.

Why not talk it over with Bell Engineering, because it may effect other stability systems. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 82k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)
