United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Firenze Red
Renault Clio Rear Wiper Arm

First wash of the year Embarassed Vac out.

Booked a MOT for 26 Feb (so checked all the lights today).

Changed the rear wiper and arm to one I have had since 2016 that cost less than a tenner as it was sold on fleabay to fit a Renault Clio but will do the FL2 as well. Thumbs Up

I often thought .... Why did LR choose a wiper blade from a 1959 Mini, for the rear window of their 'then new' FL2 ???

One of the first things I changed ..... when I got mine.

Gummi Pflede'd the doors seals ahead of next weeks cold snap, which looks like it has the possibility of being fairly epic.

Scotland 2010 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Manual Zermatt Silver

Today I saw the glow-plug symbol on my dashboard light up for the first time! I was beginning to suspect that it was faulty as it has never lit up before. Not sure why it should spring into life today, there have been plenty of colder mornings this winter. I was playing with the GAP IID BT tool yesterday and did look at the glow plug info (Got a False, which was to be expected since, with the engine running, the glow plug should be off). Perhaps this has somehow woken it up? 2005 D3 2.7 Auto

Freelander was incredible in that snow today. But I have to say the Mitsubishi you can just see ahead was mighty impressive, credit to its driver he handled it very compitantly.Oh and what about pedestrians walking down the road in these conditions, they have no concept of a vehicle and momentum in those conditions.
