| I have only reflectors as well. I couldn't find the video, but from the pic above they seem to be reflectors reflecting camera flash or light to me. |

| I don't think so. The pattern is exactly opposite of what you should have on yours. Mine has a pattern to down and right, hence we need to see the signs at the right side of the road. |

I actually like that the thing mutes the radio. On my old car (Audi) the beeps were there but it wasn't muting the radio and I had to do it myself.
