have a close look at wheel arches as tow bar & wheels are actually quite corroded.
The trim pieces in the arches you can move, and check for rust on the edge of the wings.

in the oil filter housing there is a non return valve.
Without extreme care these can become dislodged, or even just wiping around with a rag can disturb the valve.
