I've just done my Experience, and they said the one thing they do is it get a towbar fitted, as it protects the rear bumper and exhaust from the majority of damage, so I may start with that.

It looks to be working perfectly. It has synced my address book, and the voice propts fromt eh blackberry cam up when holding the green answer button.

I found you have to unlock the door first, then pull the handle. Unlike the front doors where just pulling the handle unlocks it.
