Lrman, you can buy the clutch seperately but I didn't do this as I am concerned that this might have sheared off because the compressor has siezed.

It was a fully assembled steering Knuckle with bering and hub already pressed in. I believe these are manfactured by Britpart...

@ransoman No disrespect intended but are you trying to separate the haldex from the rear diff at the correct point. IIRC its not that obvious.

If the PTU is sound (and it is an Auto model), then go for it. you could weigh in what is left and only be out of pocket a few quid.

you have a desirable spec. you could replace it and potentially make your money back?

Bear in mind a cheap one will be cheap for a reason. £200 sounds like a minefie ...
