Fiona, I take it you have a diesel FL2 if so the car does not have a coil, the worst thing you could do by leaving Ign on is to flatten the battery.

The DVD drive is always under the Right hand seat therefore is under the drivers seat in the RHD models and under the passenger seat in all LHD models. This DVD drive is only for the sat nav.
