Have had a look and all looks pretty clean but sprayed some penatrating oil on lower bolts anyway
Has anyone used meyle shocks ?
They seem to get good reviews on other makes ...

I’m about to replace the rear shocks on my 2010 freelander
Is there any reason to replace the springs at the same time
They aren’t Brocken or rusty
Anything else , bolts etc I sh ...

Is that the one that comes with the DRL control board - or did you buy it separately?
I ordered the kit as it had a wiring loom and all the parts needed

I could be wrong but doesn’t one pump do front and rear washer by reversing it’s rotation and the other pump do the headlight washer every 5 cleans of the windscreen
So maybe crossed pipes

If you’re lucky all the wiring will be in the car already and you just need to install and update the ccf
I did mid to premium all wires were in the car

What is the best diagnostic tool at a reasonable costicarsoft will do basic work reliably
£100 ish
GAP tool does lots more £400 ish
Try the jlr copies at your own risk

I had a power loss and poor running recently and a noise from the front, so replaced fuel filter and the top short intercooler hose, as it had oil around the joint.
All good now as far as power goes ...

Probably not much help but I replaced my fuel filter yesterday
And I’m sure when I checked the fuel pressure was much higher than 240
I’ll check again tomorrow and give you the figures
 temperature gauge regularly stays at one third up
