Default rear audio volume sets in 0. Try to increase the volume with '+' knob.

I'll investigate this further. I've never used my rear seat audio controls so I need to learn more. As I understood it, the minijack is an earphone connection, not a line input. If so, it would be driven by the amplifier module with its own gain/volume stage - controlled by the panel buttons. I wouldn't expect the controls to affect the loudspeakers - only the jack. Of course, I could be way off the mark here, so will investigate further tomorrow. |

In your picture with arrow, the arrow point to pin2. Pin 1 and 3 are missing.

I come back from my dealer and he said (after 2 hours) : "we didn't manage to activate the module, we must ask Land Rover how to do it" |

My rear controls are missing as well but the connectors are there, as above, and the blanking panel has a specific molding to dock the connectors.
