In those circumstances, it's called taking the safety course. |

CG if your in the middle lane and have a blowout you are only one lane from the barrier and the traffic going the other way and two lanes and the verge to your left |

When Traveling in the middle lane at 75mph no body should be trying to pass you anyway and if they do they should use the fast lane.

Yeah, the rear fogs, you could argue that heavy rain is a condition that seriously effects visability and therefore perfectly legal. |

I only use rear fog lights if visibility is seriously reduced. They can cause glare and obscure the brake lights. |

I have driven like this for 40 years and never had an accident, all I'm saying is maybe if more people would take my lead the roads would be a safer place |

Rear fogs are only supposed to be used when visibilty is less that 100 yards and it is an offence to have them on at anyother time. Glad to notice recently that Surrey police were pulling drivers who had there rear fogs on and handing out £30 fixed penalty notices for having them on when not needed. Rear Fog Lights should be banned for use in any other condition other than Dense Fog, when its raining they create so much glare it is actually dangerous to other road users, and why is it that the ones with the rear fogs on are the ones that go past you doing excess of 70 mph as if there anyone stupider to be going faster than them to hit them anyway if it is that bad a visibility they should not be doing these speeds. Also on Motorways in heavy traffic the ones in a line of traffic with Rear fogs on cause every one to brake unnecessary because as they move out of line the other vehicles see the rear fogs and confuse them with brake lights. Rant over I'm done. |

With so many just driving in lane 2 we could save a fortune by not building motorways with a lane 1. |
