Looks like the D3 and RRSPORT site are down again

All I get when I try to access them is

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not connect to the database

Just got this message when trying to access the RRS site

message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?
