Just been tinkering in the boot of my FL2 and came across a redundent grey connector and cable form, its under the little cubby hole on the left (as you look at the boot), just removed the cover to see what was under and its just that.
Anyone know what its for? obviously its not a big deal, but now I am curious!

I'm not 100% sure but I think it is used to connect the Land Rover wiring kit to the vehicle wiring system when you are having a tow bar fitted. I seem to remember seeing the kit connected to a grey connector when I had my tow bar and wiring installed last year.

Didn't notice that. When were looking at buying the car the dealer noticed that the plastic sides to the boot were badly scratched so they said they could repair/paint them. When we picked it up they said the scratches were too deep so they replaced both boot side panels with new one's. I guess it's overspray from their painting attempt. So now I have an '09 model power point (not originally on my '0 but it's not wired up yet (The stealer said there was no official wiring loom on my car to connect it to and if they did it might invalidate the warranty) - what a load of
The caravan electrics work just fine.......
