Apart from the heater re-call:-

Leaking in through rear high level brake light
Refitting of hose feeding front washer jet - twice and now just fix it myslef each time it comes off!
Replacement rear diff
Water leak into drivers footwell

Had car 18 months....20,000 miles...... been to dealer for service and recall.

I'm actually feeling left out!!!!


It's a bit sad but being a car nut I actually LIKE going to dealers (just for a nosey and a chat!) but I've got no excuses to visit and last time I went back most of the dealer staff had changed!

I'm also worried that some of the minor problems that regulary appear on others cars are waiting until my warranty runs out!

That's it... I'm off to inspect the car for with a 'fine tooth comb'........ got to be something!!! Baltic blue XS - Alpaca Leather - 18" HSE wheels.

Had my GS for 18 months and covered 20k.
1) Heater mod.
2) At annual service complained about buzzing/light rattle from centre of dash, fault was interior mirror. Also mentioned seat going down.

3) Mirror replaced, fault cured. Seat base replaced fault NOT fixed.

My previous 4x4 was a Honda CRV current model. The WORST new car I have ever owned in 50 years of driving.Not enough room on this forum to list all faults, the maim one NEVER cured was a serious steering pull to left. After 5 weeks off the road waiting on new parts it was returned still with a pull and with a new fault, A GREAT liking for ditches and crash barriers when it decided to go its own way. My way straight back to dealers and never to return.

Had my FL2 for 15 months now and done 27800 KM without any problems. Just been to the dealer for first service @ 24000 KM.

Except for the left outdoor mirror and windshield replacement (both different incidents: first was a narrow street the second was the pebble) payed by insurance.

Only saw my dealer at the 24000km inspection.
