The manual says that parking sensors sound via the speakers front and rear respectively. The indicators, headlamp and seatbelt warning sounds come from a sounder embedded in the instrument binnacle. |

The indicator sound is definitely behind the instrument panel. It's a large hollow space behind it.

No beeping, no matter the volume.

No idea. The manual says it’s part of the instrument package. I’ve read of people who’ve changed it but it isn’t shown as a discrete part. They’ve probably found markings when they disassembled it and bought a replacement.

There is a fuse FB10 in rear fuse box according to this post.
