Didn't replace mine, and it doesn't leak. The washers are aluminium, which can be used again, if not over compressed the first time. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. My daily driver.

Did you open the drain plug with the fluid temperature at around 60 C and with the engine running, If not then that 200ml needs to go back and recheck according to the book |

The fluid temperature is only relevant for automatic transmission, not the manual gearbox. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. My daily driver.

No the oil was cold. I put the specified 1.9 ltr of new oil in with car flat and level. |

Now i haver two FL 2 one manual and one Auto, it is time to change all the oils again, so more oil to purchase.

I would suggest it does not, I'd rather risk running with it overfilled than underfilled.
