No, think it may be the magnet on the bottom of the gear lever, not got round to stripping it yet?

Exactly the same.It shifts very smooth in drive but i can't get the sport mode.When i pull the lever to left,nothing happens,it just drives normally like in "drive mode",it does not engage sport mode.

Yes.Mine worked fine in the past.it just went off when driving home.
