the bulletin ref is actually LTB00782V4 issued on Oct 2015 which supersedes TSB LTB00782v3 and then V2.

vehicles affected from 2011 to 2015 (all markets except russia ...) I wonder why ? (different ATF ? Question )

VIN from 216517-439912
and from 900000- 911855 assembled in Halewood.

To my knowledge, SDD should provide you with the current as well as the installed version numbers.
