United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Loire Blue

My brother bought a brand new Austin Maxi in the 70's and came to visit me. I lived at the top of a hill and he said that it only just managed to get up the hill in 1st gear. I had a look and got my Gunson's Colourtune out (remember them, a glass spark plug so that you could see the colour of the flame in the cylinder and adjust the SU carb?) I adjusted the carb and then did the timing with my timing light and he took it out and it came up the same hill no problem.
I read a few days later that there had been an engine tuners strike at the factory and were just sending the cars out untested but isn't it amazing that the dealerships didn't check out the cars? 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto
Now Discovery Sport P250 MHEV SE
