This is very strange, my car is one of the earliest FL2's produced very late '06 and the parking snesors have never been a problem on my car. Due to the confines of my very limited driveway they are tested every day of the week. Stornoway Grey GS ... What a fine motor |

My rear parking sensors went a bit wild a couple of times during icy weather several weeks ago, but worked normally when dried out. I guess extreme moisture or freezing can cause a malfunction occasionally, but if continuously chiming there must be a real issue to sort out. Still you can always turn off the parking sensors (until fixed) if the noise annoys you so much. 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

True, trouble is you become reliant on them after a while. Bad driving I know, but the more toys, the lazier I get behind the wheel. Especially with the auto![/quote] Isnt that just what I said ![]() ![]() ![]() Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |

Don't rely on your parking sensors! The handbook reminds us that they are only there to help i.e. no gripes allowed if you touch anything.
