2011 TD4 Exhaust Gas temperature sensor

Hi All anyone know where the EGT sensor is located. I've got reduced performance message and car is in limp mode. DTC showing EGT temperature sensor resistance high. Could do with checking the connector as I've been through a few floods recently.

Thanks in advance

Depends... If you have DPF, you have two temperature sensors.
One after turbo, near/after the oxigen sensor, and one on the DPF inlet...
Get the service manual (you'll find it here, in the General section) and all should become pretty clear... Very Happy

Just thought I'd leave an update to this. I replaced the EGT sensor and the fault is clear. There are two sensors , SDD reported it as post CAT, this was the easiest one to get to thank god
