Shouldn't be too difficult to flare the existing pipe. Cut back to a painted part of the pipe and you should be fine. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

Getting the plastic coating off without cutting into the pipe is a sod to do |

So after trying to get the coating off without damaging the pipe I eventually bit the bullet and changed the whole pipe back to the diff joint. Not sure I like this plastic coated pipe, it hides the corrosion and is a real pain to try and flare! |
