Yeah, a leaking shock absorber, all booked in no problems, software update to be done also. Phone call later that day to say the part had been updated with a new one but LR sent the old one. New one on back order until 13/4/18 bare in mind this was the 28/3/18. Luckily the part arrived on Easter Monday but it took LR customer services a fortnight to get back to me, who are now going to chase up the part. Too late my Velar is now all fixed and running well.
