Part Missing/Where can i buy?

In the first photo you can see the general area.





Second photo is more close up. On the round metal hole there was a black plastic hook type piece. It is now missing. What was it and where can i get to replace. Tried searching but to no avail..Sorry if this is a simple answer

The black rubber bit is listed in the manual as a 'bleed cap', with no further information.

I seem to have a lot more corrosion evident than you do - must be all the road salt up here!
