Well funny you should mention this but not quite what your asking for.
I did notice today that In my CCF there were fields for swivel headlights, reduce swivel lights and different configuration of headlights option so I'm guessing if you wanted to fit the earlier "dynamic" swivel Xenons you could. There's fields for the
Non shutter style headlights also. There's "police lights" whatever this is and all manner of configurations for DRL's, automatic headlights on with wipers, fog lights off with high beam, fog lights off with trailer the list goes on, too many to remember actually.
One other thing I'd also like to mention there is a field for "rain sensor" sensitivity and I know some people have complained about the sensitivity of their rain sensor could be better. I can't remember what mine was set at but it's operation is great, so if yours is not it can be adjusted

Also stumbled across this today in my CCF.
Currently set at Terrain Response but there is another field for "Terrain Optimisation - Dynamic" so I'm guessing it's for the above selectable terrain setting as in the Evoque.
And as the Evoque and FL2's Terrain Response switchgear are the same (easily retrofitted)!!!!!
Only hardware missing is the magnetic dampers.

I believe this is the case for the bluetooth on the MY13-15 cars with touchscreen, although you might be missing the microphone, but that's easily added. 2008 Freelander 2 HSE Si6 Black/Black - Hers

Seems odd there would be a microphone fitted with the bluetooth disabled...

But ok, yes it should be just a matter of activating the bluetooth in the CCF.

Crikey! we pay hundreds to have these extras fitted when we order the car and you mean to say they are there all the while, they just have to press a button?

I don't think the IID can do this on a 2014 model.
Checking their website they only list a few CCF fields available to edit;
