I had a front wheel bearing/him chage around 3 years ago now.nl that noise was quite obviously a wheel bearing. This noise not quite the same, but could possibly be a rear wheel bearing. I hope so. Cheaper than a diff repair.

(they claim that this was over £2k). The car was definitely quieter after the job was done but I was suspicious of another noise which rapidly got worse so I took it back after a couple of weeks (porbably another 1k miles) and this time it was a rear wheel bearing. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

When going up a slight incline I get a sort of slight roar. | ||
