How long to replace intake manifold?

Anybpdy know the no of hours LR allocate to this job?

This was posted by "bashracing" in General/What did you in your FL2 today?

"I have replaced the Inlet Manifold with a brand new one as a bit of preventative maintenance due to horror stories of the swirl flaps breaking and wrecking the engine and she has 99k on now so replaced the glow plugs whilst I was in there.
3 hours start to finish,"

He is a diesel mechanic, so this is a good guide.
