Unable to order a new DS, so gave up. Now have a Volvo S90 Recharge.

My email reply, from "Devon", says:

"The document which states that is the Confirmation Form with their booking details and reference number, which is also called the voucher number. This is the voucher it is referring to (in some instances a physical voucher is sent out, but this works the same way.)

Yours is an unusual case, which each individual having a voucher number (as normally groups of this size would be one booking, not individual bookings). As such, we will most likely check against a list of names on the day rather than against the voucher numbers. There's certainly no harm in having the voucher however."

So there you have it - all clear now? (Clear as LRE mud to me!)
