SAT NAV

Hello

does anyone know what the back of the SAT NAV looks like? does it have any video out or in? I noticed that in the Jag, which uses the same van system, you can control the vent system via touch screen.

thanks

LrLr2,

I looked at taht kit before but just not like the remote, and thought it was a shame the touchscreen couldn't be used to switch between sources instead of the remote, but the price is not bad. Once you've tasted GREY you'll never go back!

i seen the GNET system and i am quite interested in it, but i think it is quite expensive for me just to have a reversing camera and a install a camera monitoring the traffic behind my caravan when towing

There has been a few things sorted for the D3 by Wiggs over on Disco3 using the AV inputs on the back of their screens, such as reversing camera might be worth a look Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

For just a camera it is very expensive, but if you wanted to hook up a games console or a dvd player to it then it would be worth it. Once you've tasted GREY you'll never go back!

I would do that, but I would not want the strapped on TV on the headrest like i have now which are fine for the young one at the moment for watching his dvd in the rear. Might be worth it to link up a TV/dvd player for those days i'm in my car eating lunch in a McD carpark

But by the time his old enough to want to play games on journeys, it will be time to change cars all been well so I have shelved it for the time been. Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

you would need a very wide angle lens to get all the traffic queues in Laughing

Please do not tell us you would sit in Mc'D's car park watching TV on your lunch break (or anytime at all) Shocked At work
