I'd be interested to know if your horns still work....or when(if) they fail?.....

Horns are still fine, four weeks after the fording. The 160 mile trip home later that day probably helped to dry out the engine compartment.

Hello, i'd like to know from PepperPot if water crossed the bottom seal of the door: rubber mats were still dry or not after wading?

No, everything remained perfectly dry inside. However, each crossing only took about 15 seconds.

PepperPot, Had the continuous warning today for about 15 seconds. I was in mud and rut + 2nd gear, maybe it was warning me that Emily was going to fast, the ruts were quite deep. No water though still pining for my 3dr, no removeable hardtop, no drop glass tailgate, no roof rack, no pockets everywhere to stow all that man kit

I presume the chap in the water is yourself or another river engineer Question

So fom the picture a River Engineers job is wearing waders, carrying a large pole to measure depth and a bit of rope for security. Very Happy

Sounds like a nice summer job...but fear the winter when the water spills over the top of the waders!!!!
