Heater and cold leg

I am sure I read somewhere the FL2 is not the hottest of heaters.

When the heater is in auto mode and set to 24deg, I find I have a cold right leg.

Am I the only one or do other suffer the same problem

I never use auto. I set mine at about 21, blower on either 3 or 4 and use the up down buttons. I usually have it on the down button but switch to up if I want to demist when I first get in. Always on 'econ' and will often drive with sun roof on tilt as I like more fresh air coming in, my legs are never cold Wink

I have noticed that after about an hours steady driving ( not in traffic urban driving) that the heater seems to go cold and won't increase heat even if turned up when in auto or manual. Quite often a 15-30min stop for coffee, and all is good again, tends to be lower leg, unfortunately my middle leg is unaffected as it never extends beyond my knees whilst driving. Laughing my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

Personally I find that the heater does take an age to get to 'warm'... and strangely the blower to the windscreen is warmer, faster than the footwell blower.

Does that suggest some problem with the lower blower? ...

It seems to me that the lower blower is higher volume than thewindscreen one so would make sense that it would be slower. It seems common for the fl2 at least.

I thought in the UK the windscreen had an electric heater, or is that Winter Pack only? my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
