Thanks so much for all the inputs! Wife didn't expect so much debate!

Anyway, funnily enough we saw a film with a black Disco with beige interior last night and both really liked it. Problem solved - black (aka dark shade of gray) with almond. Hope that meets general approval?

Problem now is just the 4-6 month delivery time!

Thumbs Up
Loving mine in Sumatra Black with Almond interior - very classy. With the sun roof as well it makes for a very light interior.

That is not a reason not to go for a light interior. If you like the look of it, go for it. In fact I've cleanedand treated my interior only once or twice in 2.5 years and +50.000 miles and it still looks good.

Creases make leater old and that is something you see more easily on darker interiors imo.

If they were to be really dirty, there's always a professional steaming job you can go for.

Good choice! Such a classy colour combination.

Tan coloured interiors are waaayy more practical than you'd imagine! The inside of my focus is almost entirely black and the carpet shows every spec of dirt, any mud and every single dog hair!!

The tan interior of the Freelander (and the Volvo before it) can go for weeks before it needs a good clean out. I'd never choose a black interior for (a hard working) work car again.

i liked my lasts cars light interior, it always felt bright and airy, the black interior on this one doesn't feel the same

Stayed just as clean as the black too, infact probably cleaner as crisp bits from the kids show up more on black Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

On this side of the Pennines, we tend to wash kids and find them less flaky as a result Rolling with laughter
