12v Power Outlet Cap

Can anyone suggest where I might get a replacement power outlet cap at reasonable cost?
Am I right in thinking that it is cheaper to get a 'Ford' one which is just the same?
Cheers

I think I paid about £2.50 for one from LR, so shopping around to find one cheaper isn't really economic! Laughing Chris

Plenty on ebay if you don't have a local dealer close by.

Keep an eye out for the silver ones they are MUCH better, not just a cap but fit into the hole slightly so no chance of falling off. They have a '+' and '-' on them for no reason whatsoever but it looks better! I believe they are fitted in MY10+ FL2's, I got mine off ebay some time ago, about £3 i paid i think. Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black
Gone - 2014 BMW X3 M Sport Space Grey, faultless!
Gone - 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Bali Blue with xenons
Gone - 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Rimini Red with bodykit

Silver Ones

Not sure if its me but i replaced the standard caps with silver ones but I notice the rear socket needs a slightly wider cap as my silver ones isnt a snug fit. Is the front cap different than the rear?
Has anyone else noticed this?

Cheers,

the new ones (silver) are much better than the 12v black ones. so much that i got a pair. but when i asked in the showroom they said £13ish each but when i priced them at the trade counter they came in at about £7 for the pair.

look miles better
