Can anyone suggest where I might get a replacement power outlet cap at reasonable cost?

I think I paid about £2.50 for one from LR, so shopping around to find one cheaper isn't really economic! |

Plenty on ebay if you don't have a local dealer close by.

Keep an eye out for the silver ones they are MUCH better, not just a cap but fit into the hole slightly so no chance of falling off. They have a '+' and '-' on them for no reason whatsoever but it looks better! I believe they are fitted in MY10+ FL2's, I got mine off ebay some time ago, about £3 i paid i think. Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black

the new ones (silver) are much better than the 12v black ones. so much that i got a pair. but when i asked in the showroom they said £13ish each but when i priced them at the trade counter they came in at about £7 for the pair.

Just shows what a poor design this is if so many people have lost them, like myself Probably sucked up with the Hoover! |
