Nothing to it - simply really if you take your time and follow the instructions that LR provide.
Tip 1: put something on the roof to prevent tools or roof rails from hitting and scratching the paint work.
Tip 2: have someone else on hand to hold the rails for you.
Tip 3: get plumbers silicone outdoor pipe sealant to make those roof fixing bolts watertight.
Tip 4: take your time - allow about 90 minutes to carefully work through the job to completion.
Tip 5: finally when installing the black plastic rail covers (three each side) put some silicone sealant on the inner surfaces to prevent them from being blown off when traveling at speed (replacements are shockingly expensive as you have to buy a complete set not just the item that's blown off.)
