Noise after service?

I just had my FL serviced by MJ Fews, excellent to deal with by the way, everything is fine and I am now sporting a snazzy piece of taped on wood under the height adjustment lever as the first stage of my seat drop investigation Laughing

This morning though I started her up, turned the heater up to max and noticed a sort of secondary fan noise from the frontal passenger side? It's more like a high pitched hair dryer sort of noise that goes when the heat comes up to temp...the main fan/noise of air continues but this 'secondary' noise stops! any ideas? is it because the pollen filter has been replaced perhaps? is there another fan somewhere that may not of functioned before?

All very strange........

I had another listen this morning......turned heat to max and this higher pitched air noise is coming from the frontal passenger area. If I turn the heat setting to cold it fades away. I think it's a flap or something that moves up/down dependant on where the temp is set which in turn regulates the flow of air. Not noticed it before so i'm going to assume that having a new pollen filter fitted has resulted in less air resriction/more noise?

All heater controls and vents are working normally also Thumbs Up
