New engine harness fitted today, road test began, fault appeared before it left the forecourt. Rolling Eyes
It seems there are more than the two here with the fault, a handful across the country now.
Powertrain Control Module is the next part for the chop.

Macphursonstrut, your prayers are not working please try harder, I was soaked after walking from round the corner tonight. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Place them on a 31 day deadline

in other words you give them another 10 days to sort it 100%

you have given them a more than reasonable time to fix it and you'll want their deal in the table on day 32! For a replacement Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

The thing is Nick, they have already told me that they are not confident that a fix can be found yet as the only one they had before doing this has come back in again with the same fault. My warranty is up in March and was planning a couple of weeks across the water for the summer, that now seems a distant vision as I feel that I will need twelve months closer to home before chancing it across the water. May decide to stay in the UK, North Yorks being the possibilities. Whistle
It has now had three software updates, Turbo, Crankshaft Sensor and Engine Harness in three weeks and tomorrow it gets a PCM.
The new parts will be in tomorrow and they have promised to let me know what the outcome is, if its not favourable I will put your plan to them, to be honest that same thought was buzzing around yeasterday.
I was suprised that I was offered only 2k less than we paid for it to that company with that bloody anoying advert which means it has lost 1k a year. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Talk about biting the hand of friendship. Did I mention that you would need to park it round the corner as I would be the one laughing when I see those wheels. Laughing p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior
