Freelander 2 HEVAC issues

Hi all, newbie here. My Freelander 2 TD4 HSE HEVAC is giving me trouble. There is no heat coming from both sides and when switching on the heated seats, the lamp is very faint and nothing gets hot. It appears to be worse on the Driver's side and the fan isn't as strong as it used to be either. Also the window defrost isn't working anymore. Any advice please? Many thanks.

Put a code reader on it and check the live values for the heater blend doors, or if you change the air flow you should be able to hear the blend doors activating.

However my money is on the HEVAC module has gone kaput or possibly a bad wiring or connector fault

You can source a used one from a breakers, just be sure that the codes on the back of the module match.
