Ukraine 2013 Freelander 2 2.0T SE Auto Fuji White

My mechanic who I have used for decades arranged my 255/60R18 tyres. They are a lot larger than 235/60R18. 245/70R17 are not much larger than my current tyres. Speedo should read spot on.

If you are towing uphill at the car's 2 tonne limit that would be more stress than the reduction in torque with large tyres.

Our outback corrugated roads are more stress than anything else. At least with large tyres you can drop pressure further to reduce stress.

Crikey that does look bad! Yes sorry experienced the same out in Namibia/Botswana but out here in the U.K. and the possible 25mm lift 245/70 provides doesn’t seem worth it (all though the pot holes are almost on par with Botswana) Corrado VR6 Mystic Blue - Gone
