Bonnet not latching level

Hi all,

A relatively minor thing, but annoys me every time I see it now, but my bonnet seems to not latch as closely on the passenger side compared to the drivers one.
Whenever I look out at the car all the bodywork lines are off. If I press down on that side of the bonnet, there's still some downward play.

Just wondered if there's an adjustment that can be made somewhere?

Yes there’s adjustment on the catches under the lip of the bonnet I think but can’t remember if the rubber stoppers are the screw in and out adjustable types which may be easier.

Thinking about it I’m pretty sure the rubber stoppers screw in and out.

the nearside head lamp is also out of line, has the car been crashed or had any bodywork done ?

No, not crashed or anything like that, just I've probably not put it back properly after changing the headlight lamps on a fairly regular basis.

Am I looking to screw in the latch itself a bit more? Looks like it's a got a nut on one of the legs

Yes but see the rubber to the right ? I think they screw in and out both sides.

Adjusting the nut will take up the slack Thumbs Up Common sense isn't very common.
