I'm thinking of buying wind reflectors for my 07 freelander 2 , I've seen some on flea bay but they say not compatible with folding mirrors, anyone point me in right direction of some in channel ones?

The 2 brands I know that have in channel wind deflectors for a FL2 are Climair and Heko. People in this forum fitted them (search for the bands), never heard anyone saying they had issues with folding mirrors. I had Heko wind deflectors and they didn't cause issues with the folding mirrors.

Which ever make you buy I would say be prepared to trim them (they do need to be a tight fit)
when I fitted mine (Heko!!) I had to remove approx 2/3mm off the ends
I do know some have broken theirs when fitting.
also do it on a hot day so the plastic has more give in it.

I have Climair on my 2009 HSE, very tight fits into the window channel but I got mine on without trimming... no power fold issues, the mirrors “park” well clear.

I had some stick-on brand (rather than clip in) on my RR P38 previously and would now always go for the clip pin type myself. Lexus RX450H - 500 mile a week commuter- I just couldn’t trust in a newer RRS or DS for that….
2009 Freelander 2 HSE... 155K miles, we’ve done 135k of those, has done brilliantly on the commute and staying firmly put as car two in the household
2002 Jaguar XK8 Coupe... fun, fast, ours for 12 years and owes us nothing - so staying with us too…

I'll look at getting some heko ones I think!

I've just fitted the Heko ones given as a gift a while ago. Front ones went on no issues but rears not as well. One broke totally and the other cracked, the latter is still fitted and seems solid enough.
Bought replacement rears and fitted the one, went in Ok but doesn't seem to let the window seal sit as tight as the rest at the rear of the glass but will see how they go once finally get the chance for a longer/faster run out with them. Andrew

I have the stick on ones. Wanted the largest possible opening for sleeping in the car in the outback if it is raining. No issues with mirrors.
