Hello my manual shows i need Nippon AW-1

From what I can see there is:

ATF LV Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid JWS 3324 ATF Aisin AW-1

and

Comma MV ATF Plus Fully Synthetic Automatic Transmission & Power Steering Fluid

These both seem to meet AW-1 - so just wondered if anyone had any experience or recommendations for the later freelanders as to a good oil to use?
