New steering rack , pump , reservoir and flush

still Having problems with power steering cutting out at low speeds even though all the above mentioned have been replaced. Any ideas what could be causing intermittent power steering loss ?

Asked the garage about the drive belt today. He didn't seem to think that was the problem. I think I'm just gonna have to live with the problem !
