Looking for something that suits the FL2, that look like propr chanky 4x4 alloys

Any suggestions as to the best place to look.

I have looked at most alloy wheel stores but the options tend to be spindly type alloys suited more to fast cars and not 4x4s

Sorry can't help, but I have standard 17's not any prob's , bar the digs scratches lol

In some ways I think it's also the size, width and tread pattern of the tyres you choose as well as which wheel pattern that make up the look and whether you are after low profile 20"+ tyres or aggressive patterned all terrain tyres in maybe a 16" or 17" size where there is plenty choice at reasonable money.

It's helpful knowing the tyres you want in advance so you get the wheels in a size that the tyres are available in.

would you update your profile so we know what spec you're talking about, what you have atm etc? I'm the same as cqr - the XS style wheels, and while I don't think they're very smart looking, they're sufficiently robust

Not cheap, but I always liked the look of Compomotive alloys. Designed for rally cars and the like.
