Towbar Price to include Free Trailer

Just got a quote from the Stealers for the fitting of a Land Rover swan neck tow bar and associated electrics and it appears as though you get a free trailer to go with it. The quote was £638 to fit it to my new, not yet delivered Lago Grey SE, and with a brochure quoted price for the swan neck & electrics of about £330 that leaves £308 odd quid spare. Now I know there is a fitting charge but £300 seems way over the top so there must be free trailer thrown in.

Anyone else had one fitted at the stealers and if so, what did you pay? Also, can anyone recommend a good alternative?

Its been talked about a few time on here, i think because your ordering it on a new car they feel they have the right to charge what they want.

Shop round with your local dealer and read the topics below to get a guide on what others paid

Thanks fo rthe links, I should have done a forum search (DOH). £300 for labour is barking, so I think I'll go with an aftermarket.
