my question is How do you close the forward sunroof manually, currently stuck on tilt, the motor tries to run but the glass seems to be stuck, tried a reset but did not fix the fault.

I have taken the rear roof light out and can see the Allen key socket so I will try to close the roof later today will let you know how I get on. will also submit a photo for reference

update
the sunroof is completely stuck, seems jammed, no movement when trying to close/ open manually.
so it will need the headlining removed for a better look.
will update as and when the trouble is found.
